Editing Policy:
In TurboFox Photography's Art Gallery, you will never find over-enhancement, digital manipulation (e.g., removing or adding objects/effects), HDR, or anything else unnatural! I believe the art of photography should be used to capture moments and scenes as they truly exist -- not as someone wishes they were. My philosophy for image adjustments in this digital age is: If it couldn't be easily done in the darkroom (e.g., filters, dodge/burn, crop), it won't be done here. Therefore, the scenes you see in my photos are exactly as I captured them.
Print Sizes & Matting:
Just as any good painter uses the entirety of their canvas, likewise I compose my photographs using the entire length & width of the frame. As such, my preferred print sizes are 4x6, 8x12, 10x15, 20x30, and 24x36. (Other sizes, e.g., 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, etc.) force cropping some of the image -- and thus most of my works will not be available in these forced-crop sizes. All 8x12 & 10x15 prints are matted to standard sizes (11x14 & 16x20, respectively), to save YOU money -- because you can install them in a standard frame.
Subject Matter:
My subject matter varies, but includes specialties like the Space Shuttle, breathtaking natural scenery, animals large & small, iconic travel destinations, and colorful plants. Follow the applicable link(s) above view the photos!
Personalized Services:
TurboFox Photography provides personalized services including (but not limited to) engagements, pet portraits, maternity and baby portraits, family/friend outings, cars photoshoots, sports activities, etc. Reference the Services page for samples and pricing, or contact me to discuss your ideas.
